Privacy policy

This policy explains how Taskew Solutions LLC, doing business as Taskew ("we"), handles information on this website. Questions? Email support@taskew.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a discovery call, we receive your name, work email, phone number, company, role, company size, the services you're interested in, your timeline, the times you're available and any message you add.
• Readiness assessment. Your answers are saved only in your browser so you can come back to them. If you ask for the full report, we email it to you and send your answers, score and contact details to our team so we can follow up.
• Email verification. Before your request is sent, we email you a one-time code to confirm the address is yours. We never store the code. To stop codes being reused or sent repeatedly, we keep a random ID for each code and a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address for 15 minutes, then they're deleted automatically.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects information about your device and how you use the page to tell people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and whether a form was submitted. See our cookie policy.
• Server logs. Our hosting on Amazon Web Services keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To meet legal obligations

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by Amazon Web Services (which hosts the site and delivers form emails through Amazon SES) and delivered to our business email. Google provides reCAPTCHA and analytics. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep discovery call requests and related emails as long as we need them to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete them. Ask us any time to delete yours.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@taskew.com. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local law. We'll respond within the time the law requires.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
