By engaging Taskew for services, you agree to these terms. Our services include software development, web development, cloud hosting, and CRM customization.
Payment is due according to agreed schedules. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Upon full payment, clients own custom code developed specifically for their project. Taskew retains rights to general frameworks and methodologies.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosting services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
Taskew's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or non-payment.

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create and upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing services to you.
Our Content: All Taskew intellectual property, including software, documentation, designs, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Custom Development: Upon full payment, you own all custom code developed specifically for your project. Taskew retains rights to general frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in development.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence:
You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk and should maintain appropriate backups of your data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taskew, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@taskew.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration will take place in Delaware, USA.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes or to enforce confidentiality obligations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any Service Level Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taskew regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
